The Malaysia Special Needs Children Welfare Association (MSCWA) is a not-for-profit organization with the primary focus is to provide advocacy, education, information, and referral services to families with special needs children in Malaysia. We are dedicated to improving the lives of special needs children and their families by providing access to essential resources, support, and information.

Established in 2021, MSCWA was founded by a group of passionate individuals who recognized the challenges faced by special needs families in Malaysia.
