Syuhada’s Journey When her family first came to MSCWA, they were struggling to find appropriate educational support for their child with autism. Through our information and referral services, we helped them secure a spot in a specialized school that catered to their child’s needs. With access to the right resources and support, Syuhada has made tremendous progress in their learning and social skill.

Empowering Parents through Advocacy – Puan Hartini attended one of MSCWA’s advocacy workshops and learned how to effectively advocate for their child with a learning disability. Armed with newfound knowledge and confidence, they were able to work with their child’s school to develop an Individualized Education Plan (IEP) tailored to their child’s unique needs. This collaboration between the parents and the school has led to significant improvements in the child’s academic performance and overall well-being.
