Empowering Special Needs Families, Building Inclusive Futures
Malaysia Special Needs Children Welfare Association (MSCWA) empowers families through therapy, education, and unwavering community support to build a truly inclusive future.
Our History & Background
Bridging the Gap for True Independence.
Pertubuhan Kebajikan Kanak-Kanak Berkeperluan Khas Malaysia (MSCWA) was born from a harsh reality: special needs children are often treated unfairly compared to their peers.
We believe all human beings must have the same opportunity to succeed in life, no matter who they were born to. The establishment of this organization is to help them learn about basic needs and independency so they can secure the same long-term treatment and opportunities.

When her family first came to MSCWA, they were struggling to find appropriate educational support for their child with autism. Through our information and referral services, we helped them secure a place in a specialized school that catered to their child’s needs.
With access to the right resources and support, Syuhada has made tremendous progress in learning and social skills, giving her family renewed hope and confidence for the future.
Empowering Parents through Advocacy
Puan Hartini attended one of MSCWA’s advocacy workshops and learned how to effectively advocate for her child with a learning disability.
