Who We Are
MSCWA is a Malaysian welfare association focused on practical support for children with special needs, parents, caregivers, educators and B40 families.
Our role is to connect families with guidance, awareness, referral pathways, workshops, therapy access support, inclusive activities and community partnerships.
Why MSCWA Exists
Families of children with special needs often face practical barriers: cost, limited early information, uncertainty about therapy pathways, school readiness questions and lack of community support.
MSCWA exists to reduce these gaps by helping families understand next steps, access information, connect with support pathways and participate in inclusive community programs.
